TGS Pub 3.0 Updated

hi guys - ive been here since tgs 2.0.1 now..it hasnt been working for me now im using tgs 3.0 and it doesnt work..
yesterday me and my friend tried and it failed miserably....
when i click my engine.exe it runs, but when i click the combat arms launcher once i put the settings.ini, and my ca_dll_public, and the dx39 thingy inside it comes up with this weird message:

Engine.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x014849ef" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the problem

I have no idea what the freak this means. Help please? idk why this is happening..

Wrong section of forum man... And im not sure whats goin on. Before u try to use it make sure tgs site is still up, i works fine for me but im sry i cant help ya
