I don't actually have a favorite. I use different languages for different tasks. With the job I'm in, I find myself using .NET alot more than anything.

My favorite for command line on a windows machine: C++
For GUI-based programs: Visual C++
For Web Development: PHP + MySQL support, .NET Programming
And if you ever get tired of them all and want something done quick (not counting response time) Java will still usually get the job done.
