there has been more and more paypal issues and im just fed up with it.
the offending users will never be allowed back again, nor will they ever be allowed to use our hacks again.
( what you people dont seem to understand is i can ban your account, your GUID, and your IP from ever using my hacks again, and your GUID never changes. )
