Old abandoned house

So in a few minutes, I'm gonna take a trip just down the road from my house to an old abandoned house.

Built 1736, this house has been abandoned since the early 90's.
Now old and decrepit, I figure this will be the perfect place to investigate.
I've always been intrigued to go adventure around the house, but I've never been allowed in. Now that someone has actually bought the property (dunno why they're not doing anything with it), I asked them if I could take a look around. They said yes, to my delight.

In a little while, I'll return with some photos of the inside as well as the outside.

The only thing I'm scared of at this point is the house falling in on me.

Sadly, it's late at night and light level was low, so picture didn't come out well. This is the toolshed I believe.

Attempted to get a picture without exposure, so I moved closer, Ended up getting more of the shrubs than the house. Exposure still there.

Tomorrow afternoon I'll take more pictures, and possibly go inside. Also there will be pictures of the icehouse, basement, sub basement, and toolshed's inside.
I couldn't go in today because I got caught trying to slip through the fence.
