Perma Banned?!? Must be a mistake

Yes I have a VIP account under the User Name: WHOISIT
After the site came back up, now my account shows Perma Banned...
Surly its just a bug, for im a paying VIP and only have 10 posts so I couldnt have said anything wrong.. I have followed the rules in all ways and was curious if you guys could help me... Thanks (Ive noticed others with this problem too)

Why don't you go on vent or IRC,

If you go on IRC, you can PM s0beit, and he'll get it regardless of how long it takes to answer.

Ok... thanx. But could a mod or admin respond please.? it seems like they would want to help there PAYING costumers... Look guys I have done nothing wrong and obviously theres been a mistake.. SO COULD AN ADMIN PLEASE CORRECT THIS MISTAKE?!?!?!? Its pretty obvious that this is being read and nothing is being done about it... I do not have IRC can a MOD or ADMIN help??!!??!!??!!
