Possible way to stop Nexon even getting close to TGS again or any other company

Ok well its pretty simplebut i dont even know if its possible but basiclly its in the terms of service/entry basiclly you state that on entry you agree that on entry if you are from Nexon, Gamers First, Valve or any other company that TGS makes hacks for their games must pay a sum of alot of money or something like that
