Does TGS do VIP contest?

Hello i just wanna ask does TGS do VIP contests. Like have a video contest you know like whoever has the best hacking video that advertises the site when like one month VIP i noticed some other sites been doing this it seems kinda cool.

There is a contest right now. you can win a xbox 360 or PSP if you come in first, headset if you come in second and vip if you come in 3rd. and i think 1st 2nd and 3rd all get vip.
