Well, I know that Christmas time is almost here and my suggestion would be to send Santa a letter saying you want a Visa Giftcard.
From my personal experience with the new and old VIP. The $20 is totally worth it. It improves almost all aspects of gameplay and even if you want to start playing somewhat legit you can turn on and off all of the features that the amazing staff of TGS present.
I'm working on a few promotional video (once I get rid of this amazingly bad lag on my comp) and I decided to post the first sort of test one here.
This video simply shows what the new "Glitcher" feature is capable of.
I'm currently working on some FAKE glitching videos with the feature and some VIP promotionals with the aimbot and such.
In this short clip I show how helpful going outside the map is in a simple game of Search and Destroy.

Here's my actual testimonial after having it for about 3 weeks-
Aimbot- Fantastic and 90% Perfect
OPK- Needs work
Chams- A change of color would be nice but fully functional
Glitcher- Best idea ever, I have soooo much fun with it and it's worth $20 alone
Speedhack- Was slowed down after the update and now isn't really fast.
Flyhack- Unusable
Hover- Fun to use but I wish it didn't gradually make you lower altitude.
Zoomhack- Worthless
Invis- Needs work but sure is fun (Try it in CTF)
Everything else (In-case I didn't cover everything)- Pretty damn fun
Overall Score- 9/10
